Cracked Eggshells & Divine Whispers
Cracked Eggshells & Divine Whispers
───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
It’s early Tuesday morning in July—and here I am, fresh out of a dream about cracked
eggshells. These shells were in my dream all night long, they were stuck to things, they were on
the floor, I was investigating those eggshells in my dream state all night and they weren’t meant
to be ignored. I knew God was trying to tell me something.
Soon as my eyes cracked open I did what I always do grabbed my journal and got to work.
Because when God speaks, I listen.
Now before you brush it off, let me break it down for you. Cracked eggs in the dream world
carry some serious spiritual weight. They can symbolize:
Vulnerability – Feeling raw, emotionally exposed, or like your shell has been broken through.
New Beginnings – The sacred, messy magic of something being born—a dream, a version of
you, or a new phase of life.
Loss or Missed Opportunities – When something didn’t go the way you expected. When the
egg didn’t hatch… or hatched into something you didn’t ask for.
Either way—when you see cracked eggs, something sacred has been opened.
For me? This dream was layered.
I’m currently in a personal storm involving family—trying to hold space for healing while also
birthing Dream Catchers Life. It’s emotional. It’s exposing. But it’s sacred. That cracked shell
was me. Wide open. A little fragile. A lot faithful.
I went searching for scripture on egg shells—on good ole Google, of course—but it didn’t bring
back anything direct. Still, two verses about eggs popped up, and they resonated deeply with my
current position in life:
Job 39:14–16 talks about a bird who lays her eggs on the ground, unprotected—leaving them
vulnerable to being crushed. That hit me. There have been times I didn’t cover what God gave
me my gifts, my peace, my purpose and I paid for that.
Isaiah 59:5 describes eggs that hatch into vipers—a warning about deception. Whew. I’ve
experienced relationships that looked like love on the outside but left behind pain and confusion.
Not everything that looks nourishing is meant to be consumed.
Both verses reminded me of this:
Protect what God gives you to birth.
Not everyone deserves access to your sacred space.
And just as I sat with all of that, my ears started ringing. That high-pitched divine tone I’ve come
to recognize? It was Spirit saying:
“This message is for you—and for them.”
That’s why I’m here. I invited you into this journey so we could learn, dream, and grow together.
Our dreams are divine data—blueprints from the Most High. And when we pay attention, we
evolve.
So, dear Dreamer:
What’s cracking open in your life?
What truth is begging to be born through you?
✨ Grab your Dream Catchers Journal.
Write it down.
Pray over it.
Protect it.
Let it be the beginning of your breakthrough.
Because you weren’t meant to sleep through your dreams.
You were meant to live through them.
With love & divine protection,
Kimmie G.
